How to Recognize and Celebrate the Many Expressions of Love


When we think of love, we often picture romantic relationships, especially with Valentine’s Day around the corner. But love is so much more than that. It’s found in the quiet comfort of friendship, the unwavering support of family, the kindness of strangers, and most importantly, the way we treat ourselves.


Love is both grand and simple. It’s in the big gestures and the small moments—the text that says “I’m thinking of you,” the morning coffee made just right, the boundaries we set to protect our peace, and the courage to show up authentically.

Here’s how to celebrate love in all its beautiful forms this week:

    Self-love isn’t just a buzzword, it’s the foundation for all other relationships. Check in with yourself: Are you speaking kindly to yourself? Are you prioritizing your well-being?
