  3. Embrace Flexibility

    Life rarely goes according to plan. The more we adapt, the less power unexpected changes have over us.


  4. Lean on Your Support System

    Resilience doesn’t mean going through things alone. Connection strengthens us—reach out to friends, family, or mentors when you need support.


  5. Celebrate Your Strength

    You’ve overcome challenges before, and you will again. Take a moment to acknowledge your resilience and the progress you’ve made.
